Happy Fourth of July weekend y'all!

  I hope y'all have had the best weekend with friends and family celebrating this great nation we live in! My husband and I have had such a relaxing three days. Our original holiday plan was to spend Saturday fishing in Venice, Louisiana but due to a sudden shift in weather our plans changed at the last minute. I was so disappointed by the change of plans but we improvised and ended up having a very chill weekend! Which brings us to this impromptu outfit shoot! My original #OOTD plan was centered totally around sun and heat protection while catching endless amounts of redfish and trout! (Maybe one day I will do post on my favorite fishing apparel!) When our trip got canceled I quickly threw together the most american ensemble I had! Piecing together blues and whites and stars spangled accessories! I do LOVE an all american look! My husband quickly got in on the action, turning my shoot into a rocky montage! Ha! We have so much fun shooting these outfit post! He is so supportive and helpful with my blog! I could not do this fun hobby without him! 
  My outfit consisted of head to toe comfort! I started with my favorite blue denim cut off shorts from Gap. I love the comfort and ease of the vibrant blue fabric. I then threw on my new favorite white tank from Target. This tank really has an amazing cut! I am always on the lookout for v-neck tanks that are not too low cut. This tank is perfect for an easy summer day. I think my brown braided belt and favorite H&M high top sneakers give the outfit a fun ease! Since I am a proud Louisiana girl, I had to wear my state outline necklace! Last but not least I grabbed my star spangled scarf for the perfect finishing touch! I believe my scarf is from Urban Outfitters. I love the vintage colors in the fabric!
